Ring Resizing Policy
At Lily Ann Gems, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. If your ring does not fit correctly, we offer resizing services subject to the following terms:
Complimentary Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of delivery.
- Rings can generally be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Lily Ann Gems, even when the resizing service is complimentary.
- For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or charges.
Resizing After 30 Days
Resizing requests made more than 30 days after delivery may still be accommodated, subject to the ring's design and condition, but will be subject to a minimal resizing fee.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways and any applicable customs fees for international shipments.
Resizing Limitations
Rings can generally be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size. Resizing beyond this range may compromise the structure, integrity, or appearance of the ring and therefore may not be possible.
Exceptions
- Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring stones set around the entire shank cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Customers may instead be eligible for an exchange for the correct size, subject to our exchange policy.
Resizing Requests
For any resizing request, please contact our customer service team at support@lilyanngems.com before sending your jewelry. Our team will provide the necessary shipping instructions and return address and confirm any applicable fees before proceeding.
Please do not ship your jewelry until you have received instructions from our customer service team.
